Birthdays are celebrated, patron saints honored and Sunday outings made complete by the famous rice dish. Many call it paellera- the term comes from the Latin patella, a flat plate on which offerings were made to the gods. By the 16th century the Castilian word paella was being used for a vessel similar to the paella pan.

A country, meat-only Paella prepared with Morcilla & Bilbao sausage,
pork tenderloin, roasted chicken and lamb.

A Paella for seafood lovers, with lobster, mussels, clams, calamari, shrimp and
Scallops cooked in aromatic saffron rice.
Paella Vegetariana
With grilled seasoned asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, sweet red and yellow bell peppers, eggplant, carrots and Portobello mushroom over saffron rice

We can often cook single or a few portions for those with special diet requirements alongside a main meal at no additional cost.
