Mentoring to my students after classes and helping them with future culinary questions that arise is free to all our students.  Tutoring and mentoring to culinary students can make a huge difference in placement after graduation and accelerated ability to move up the brigade in a professional kitchen.

Private Cooking classes

Most classes average $25 to $45 per person with five person minimum and up to 20 students per class.  Classes can be held in your home or in our kitchen; I prefer to teach people in a kitchen where they are going to be recreating these dishes and culinary procedures.  Often we cook a full dinner and then set down and share our creations with friends and family…what I call the “Supper Club”.

Preparing for Culinary School; I charge $20 dollars an hour for professional tutoring.  I can help you gain advance placement when entering culinary schools like Johnson and Wails, saving you thousands of dollars in tuition fees.
